The Role As a Recruitment Resourcer at Utility People, you will be an essential member of our team responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent within the Energy, Water, and Utilities sectors. Your role will involve utilising advanced search techniques, screening potential candidates and supporting the entire recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Utilise Boolean search techniques to identify and engage potential candidates. Review CVs and actively seek out new candidates through headhunting, database searches, networking, advertising and LinkedIn. Screen and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles. Format CVs and compose candidate profiles for shortlisted applicants. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and preferences. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews. Create a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for present and future hiring needs. Oversee application activity via the database and job boards. Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and job descriptions. Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and organisational culture. Assist in building and nurturing client relationships through networking and other channels. Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to enhance recruitment strategies. What you need to succeed Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role, preferably within the Energy, Water, or Utilities sectors Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing candidates from various online platforms and databases A solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and placement processes.
