Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their dynamic Emerging Markets team within the Investment Banking Division.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining client relationships, managing diaries, coordinating travel and expenses, and contributing to event management.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with both internal colleagues and external clients, domestically and internationally.
The Deputy Team Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of social workers and their work products.
The post holder will take an active part in networking with NHS trust colleagues and form part of the management team overseeing team performance and attending regular discharge review meetings, updating the acute trust about discharge plans and responding to system escalations as pressures on acute trusts increase.
This includes providing social work practice guidance and management oversight relating to case progression and management of - often complex - discharges, complaints and disputes, safeguarding and mental capacity.
