As a Regional Manager, you are a brand ambassador. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all Beauty Consultants to meet their sales targets. With your relationship building skills you will drive brand awareness in each department store. You will present the organisation as the face of the brand in front of store teams and will share the brand values and the standards at all times. By leading and coaching your Team, you will ensure that all KPI's clearly communicated and presented well to your teams and you will help each counter manager to build successful plan to meet them. You will ensure clients receive a personalised luxury service in all your locations. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that benefits the brand at all times. You will develop and build your teams to drive client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele. As well as bringing incremental business, you will ensure to increase retention through clientelling thus building brand loyalty.

Main responsibillities

? Meeting KPI's for the Area

? Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales with seasonal targeting

? Target setting for a year, by quarter, by month and a week. Review last year activities and results for the brand and the retailer.

?Analyse and interpret trends to facilitate the planning of eventing and switching on activity. Building Areas business planner, event planner to boost sales and celebrate new launches and anniversary of last year activations. Build retailers eventing and activations plan to drive sales and to benefit from retailers' activations.

? Recruit the team and support onboarding and continue couching in store. Create and support team progression plan and manage employees retention.

?Manage counter staff through recruiting, monitoring, coaching, reviews and appraisal and report monthly to Commercial Director on productivity issues

? work together with other departments ( training, Marketing, HR, PR, Supplier chain, Customer service and other) to make sure that business and teams are supported. And tools are in line with set objectives.

? Complete all areas of administration from Retail/HR side

  • Understands and be able to support business with day-to-day HR matters. Follow clear objectives on recruitment/right to work process and Support payroll function.

? Making sure that all new starters and existing teams understand and follow on counter procedures and company instructions.

? Building the team confidence and understanding each business difference. Having weekly counter manager calls, weekly business updates, monthly business reviews and quarter reviews with each BC to build meaningful yearly appraisal.

? Reporting weekly to Commercial Director on turnover from each account and feedback

? Regular store visits and making sure that all store VM is in line with business objectives. Initiate changes to VM where necessary.

?Ensure all paperwork and administration are sent and received in a timely manner for the area . All counter rotas reviewed then authorised monthly and amended in accordance to needs of business

? Support all Counter Managers with stock management and with all other stock related procedures. NSV and sample ordering to support business activations.

? Any other duties deemed necessary .

  • Self-confident; you will be able to approach and engage with management and customers alike, with your knowledge of the brand, products, processes as well as leading by example in your on-counter skills by being able to demonstrate skincare, Haircare, and make-up application knowledge, and through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key items that would suit the customers'needs.
  • Computer literate in being able to work to a good standard on Google & Microsoft packages, On counter technologies and emails.
  • Immaculately groomed and presented; you will embody the elegance that customers have come to identify with our brand
