About the role
Manage performance for the successful delivery of all outright sales, achieving budgeted income within budgeted cost levels ensuring gross margin on turn over target achieved monthly, quarterly, and annually.
A well respected FM company is looking for a Project Manager to manage variations projects across a portfolio of contracts in the East and West Midlands.
Multiple projects with the largest around £1m and around £3m in total for next year.
Most of the immediate projects are based in the Nottingham region and consist of conversions of medical centre office space into treatment rooms.
