Key Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you will:
- Liaise with property landlords and tenants, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Create effective marketing strategies to showcase rental properties, ensuring they get noticed.
- Oversee a group of properties, making sure they perform well and keep clients happy.
- Conduct thorough property inspections, providing detailed reports to owners and addressing maintenance needs.
- Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants, ensuring favourable terms.
- Prepare lease agreements and sales contracts, keeping everything legal and compliant.
- Keep an eye on market trends and industry developments to offer strategic insights.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming for those glowing Google reviews.
- Work seamlessly with colleagues and management to keep things running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential lettings is essential.
- Driving license and access to a vehicle essential
- A confident understanding of Lettings Laws and Legislation.
