Full Time, Permanent, with alternate weekend shifts required.
As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of residential properties. You'll ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant with current lettings legislation and tenancies run smoothly. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all lettings paperwork adheres to the latest lettings legislation, guaranteeing legal compliance.
- Update and maintain the company database system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Set up management contracts and tenancy agreements, ensuring seamless onboarding for both tenants and property owners.
- Conduct property inspections, providing valuable insights into maintenance needs and overall property condition.
- Collaborate with maintenance contractors and other business contacts to address property-related concerns promptly.
- Undertake administrative tasks integral to the smooth functioning of property management operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in lettings and/or compliance administration is essential.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong organisational skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car is required.
