Profile As a Recruitment Manager at PageGroup you will need experience of managing a high-performing team of 360 recruitment consultants including training, coaching, developing, appraising and reviewing team members to achieve performance expectations. You will also need a track record of meeting personal revenue targets in a business-to-business recruitment consultancy including selling relevant solutions and providing high levels of customer service.
