SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience as a HR Manager
- Line management experience

- Excellent communication skills over the phone and email
- Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge on Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the HR Officer to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborating with the Head of People to develop an HR data
- Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and internal movements.
- Ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with pension legislation.
- Supporting performance management to develop employees'
- Overseeing the HR Officer to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct exit interviews for leavers and regularly review HR processes
- Coordinate the full trainee lifecycle with the Training Partner
- Assist the Head of People with annual salary reviews, bonus processes, and benefits administration
- Conduct return-to-work interviews, report on absence patterns, and collaborate on training needs analysis and in-house training development.
