Team Leaders at the Centre are responsible for the day-to-day delivery by their respective team.
The Team Leader Enterprise will manage the delivery of our Enterprise programme (Beyond Business).
The role also contributes to and supports the relevant Delivery Manager to achieve the overall objective of the Centre, which is to deliver service that enable our community to thrive.
Assist with the set up and maintain a suitable base room area that is inviting for the children whilst ensuring it is kept tidy and all equipment is packed away
Follow policies and procedures to make sure the children in your care will have fun in a safe environment
Follow the prepared activity timetable each day to make sure we deliver the amazing variety of activity sessions we promise

We are seeking a Team Leader to join an East London Drug and Alcohol Service.

Responsibilities
Overseeing a team of employees and managing performance, sick leave, supervision (including reflective practice), and ensuring that employees adhere to internal and external policies that are relevant to their positions.

Working remotely, you will lead and drive the Kitchen & Air compliance field teams, ensuring that all Kitchen & Air Contracts assigned are delivered within agreed time scales and in line with required industry standard and specifications across the Thames Valley area.
IOSHH Training (preferred)
Must be familiar with TR19 standards & regulations.
