Team Leaders at the Centre are responsible for the day-to-day delivery by their respective team. The role also contributes to and supports the relevant Delivery Manager to achieve the overall objective of the Centre, which is to deliver service that enable our community to thrive.
The Team Leader – Enterprise will manage the delivery of our Enterprise programme (Beyond Business). They will line manage the Enterprise Advisor and ensure that we deliver our Enterprise programme effectively and in line with our ambition. The role will involve having an understanding of social enterprise work in our context and supporting the Enterprise Advisor to deliver their objectives.
Team Leaders will promote a positive culture of collaboration and innovation amongst their direct reports and teams and support the development of innovative, inspiring, and viable service propositions.
Team Leaders will play a key role in continuing to develop our internal culture within teams, specifically driving forward our commitment to being a truly antiracist and inclusive organisation and creating space for honest conversations and feedback.
You may also have experience in the following: Community Engagement Leader, Community Development Manager, Neighbourhood Coordinator, Local Area Coordinator, Community Empowerment Manager, Community Project Manager, Enterprise Programme Management, Enterprise Manager, etc.
