My client, a well-known leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Team Administrator on a contract basis to provide administrative support to senior management team.
Team Administrator / £150 - £175 per day (umbrella) / 12-month contract / Birmingham/Hybrid
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role and will be tech savvy.
Reporting to the Compliance Team Leader, the Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the compliance and contract function for the sales and delivery teams of a busy sales environment.
There is a strong focus around teamwork and collaboration within this role with a focus on maximising sales potential for the business.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrator to support our clietn on a temporary contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role.
Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Efficiently scan and manage a variety of documents.
Project Coordinator / Sports Event and Activities Administrator with experience of providing administrative support on planning events and activities, with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, is required for a well-established organisation based in Coventry, West Midlands.
This role is known within the organisation as a Sports Coordinator
Flexibility of working hours is reasonably required from time to time to meet the requirements of the post.
Having excellent Microsoft teams and outlook knowledge is essential.
Job Roles Include Managing the incoming and outgoing post Managing and processing CTPLD's referrals Taking minutes for various sensitive meetings including safeguarding and best interest meetings Monitoring the phones and voice mail for CTPLD Duty Line Monitoring the CTPLD and Autism Admin inbox Help maintain CTPLD's records and data quality Assist with Data performance reports Supporting the Community Team for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism with any relevant Admin Tasks.
We are looking for a hard working individual for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for client communications and support, data entry, and email and query management.
Training will be provided by this inclusive and friendly team.
