Team Administrator / £150 - £175 per day (umbrella) / 12-month contract / Birmingham/Hybrid
My client, a well-known leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Team Administrator on a contract basis to provide administrative support to senior management team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role and will be tech savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
- General admin support to senior management team members
- Scheduling meetings, arranging travel when necessary and diary management
- Managing small – medium projects at a high standard
- File all documentation correctly
- Inputting data into the internal database
- General ad hoc administration tasks
Essential Skillset:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Previous experience scheduling and coordinating meetings and diaries
- Must be tech savvy
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Advanced with Microsoft Packages
Package:
- £150 – £175 per day (umbrella)
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- 12-month contract
- Start date – ASAP
- Birmingham/hybrid working – 2 days in the office 3 days from home
