The role involves coordinating the approval process for samples, ensuring they meet licensing requirements, and tracking deadlines for all product approvals.
Handle employee relations: grievance, disciplinary, and absence management.

This role supports the HR Business Partner in providing HR advice and operational support across recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and policy implementation.
