School Administrator

Full time - Monday to Friday
We are working with a large secondary school in Bury who is looking to recruit a school administrator to join their team as soon as possible. The role will be full time on a supply basis, but likely to become permanent. We are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated administrators and receptionists to join a supportive team.
It is preferred that you have experience working in a school office and have experience using SIMS however, this is not essential as training can be provided.
Experience and Skills:
As an Administrator, you will need the following to be successful:
Experience as an administrator or receptionist is essential.
Experience using SIMS and parent pay
An ICT-related qualification at level 1 is desirable.
A GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge of using databases, MS Office, and excel systems.
Knowledge in audit and compliance is desirable.
Knowledge of administrative tasks and importance of the accuracy in daily work.
Strong self-management, proactive and enthusiastic.

Hours 8:00 am 4:00pm: Mon Fri (term time only)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
