The IT Technician's role is to be the first escalation point for the IT Support team, ensuring security, support and guidance of IT Support.
In addition, the role supports the Infrastructure Engineer, Application Support Manager and Business Technology Partner to ensure that the business maintains a robust, secure and evolving IT environment.
Basic remote support and change management assistance to the customer base.
Providing first and some second line support and escalation of helpdesk tickets to their customer base, working to specific SLA's.
Providing incident management & stakeholder facing communication for customers as required (with the expectation of leading a multi manned P1 Bridge Line).
Providing excellent customer service to support Safety Compliance, Quality and Process Improvements, Continuous Improvement, and Cost Saving activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production operations by responding to breakdowns, keeping downtime to a minimum, and maximising uptime.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of all mechanical systems and equipment.
This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our clients' operations.
