TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist for our client based in North Wales (Deeside). Additional annual attendance bonus and company bonus. A SNAPSHOT OF THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST'S DAY: This role encompasses both internal and external customer service, provisioning hardware, fault diagnostics and ongoing product support. To provide an excellent Customer Service Experience and manage client expectations. To manage faults, requests, and enquiries on behalf of the customer in relation to Broadband & Hosted Telephony.
