Position Overview: As a CSR, you will be based in our Aberdeen office/warehouse environment. We specialize in distributing fluid and gas pipe connectors, serving industries such as power stations, offshore platforms, and chemical plants both within the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound communications with clients via calls and emails.

Organize and manage client accounts efficiently.

Process inbound and outbound stock, including picking and packing items for shipping to worksites.

Prepare certification for orders and assist with pressure testing and setting up installation equipment.

Generate customer documents using the Sage 200 system (quotations, invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders).

Cover any supporting roles necessary for the smooth operation of the business.

Desired Qualities:

Confident Telephone Manner: Excellent communication skills are essential.

Exceptional Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain order.

Not afraid to roll up sleaves. Although the role is 85% office based there will be some picking, packing and testing duties you will be trained on in our small warehouse.

Flexibility and Dynamism: Adapt to day-to-day challenges in a hands-on role.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Office 365 and basic computer literacy.

Driving License: Desirable but not essential.

Training: No prior experience with the Sage 200 system is required; we provide comprehensive training.
