Technical Support Specialist: are you a confident communicator via the telephone or email. My client is interested in people enthusiastic and determined individuals who wish to start their Technical Career.

Technical Customer Support job description:

  • Supporting clients and colleagues on the products they have sold/purchased.
  • Delivery of the highest level of customer service with all encounters.
  • IT support for PC's, laptops, phones, printers etc
  • Great communicator working within a team

As a Technical Customer Support you will have the following benefits:

To be successful as a Technical Customer Support you will need:

  • Good knowledge of office operating system such as Excel
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Technical experience technical call handling/telephone help desk
  • Understanding of Auto ID and Point of Sale hardware- would be an advantage

Would be advantages to have previous experience within a helpdesk environment or if you have qualifications in Microsoft and Cisco to support role,.
