We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Helpdesk Administrator that is available immediately.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing helpdesk enquiries, liaising with clients, and coordinating various administrative tasks.
You will be the go-to person for ensuring exceptional customer service, timely response to requests, and maintaining the overall efficiency of systems.
Provide a friendly and approachable helpdesk service for all Information Systems, eLearning, Finance, Facilities and IT enquiries across the College.
Responsible for being first point of contact for all customer telephone, email and walk up enquiries.

Working as part of the College's IT Services Department to provide a professional comprehensive helpdesk and administration service to staff, students and guests of the College.
To use strengths-based approaches to assess, monitor and review the social care needs of service users and informal carers and find appropriate solutions and make appropriate referrals to external agencies within a preventative, enabling and rehabilitation framework and universal services in accordance with the Care Act eligibility criteria.
To hold an individual caseload of varying degrees of complexity excluding casework that requires the expertise of a qualified professional.
Take responsibility for managing casework with the supervision of a qualified senior practitioner within an outcome focussed approach and within the teams expected performance targets and outcomes, whilst promoting independence and assessing and managing risk.
