We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to work within the Technical Support Team at Rochdale Council.
This is a full-time temporary role for the next 2 -3 months, with the possibility of extension.
The IT Service Support Analyst will provide technical support for multiple applications used by the business.
The IT Service Support Analyst will deal with Phone calls and emails from officers and staff with IT Query's the Analysts using a wide range of IT software will try to implement a first line fix for these quires.
The role will be responsible for diagnosing issues to determine underlying problems, providing fixes on a first line fix basis or provide workarounds and escalating problems to third party providers if necessary.
Answer calls from Welsh and English speaking Customers
You will be responding in a friendly, supportive, and timely manner to all customers who make contact via telephone, email or written communication or via system generated tasks.
You must be a fluent Welsh speaker - this is a fully remote role
