- Deskside/technical support
- AV Support
- Provide remote and on-site support for users.
- Offer application support and troubleshoot hardware issues.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency with essential hardware: laptops, desktops and phones.
- Essential software knowledge: Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, iManage.
- Experience working in a legal or professional services environment.
