Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and achieving performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
