We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Advisor to join our well-established international client based in Camberley on an initial 6 month contract opportunity.
You will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries (from the dealer network and end users, as well as internal colleagues), by answering telephone calls, email and CRM cases, providing timely and accurate technical information.

Providing 1st line technical support for colleagues and customers across all sectors.
We work with Companies and Organisations across all Sectors including but not limited to, Financial Services, Marketing, Technology, I&C, Manufacturing, Property and Retail at all scales.
Our client is looking for an experienced customer service advisor to join their busy team.
If you are available immediately and have previous customer service experience in a contact center/helpdesk or office-based customer service environment then this could be the role for you.

Providing a front-line service for any enquiries from customers via telephone, email or face to face and seeing the process through from start to finish with each query/complaint or enquiry.
