About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Support Officer (Technical) to join the Learning & Opportunities: Children & Young People Directorate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive technical business support functions specific to their area of deployment, demonstrating knowledge of and regard to the relevant legislation and guidance.
In this role, the support engineer will resolve technical cases created by customers looking for help to understand or troubleshoot unexpected behaviours or to answer technical questions about the organisations software and platform.
