We are looking for a minimum of 2 years IT support experience working on a service desk, ideally for a MSP but this isn't essential. Experience/Duties Experience supporting Windows Servers, O365, Azure AD, Intune and general Network administration and troubleshooting, TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi Ensuring that all communications to the Service Desk, phone calls, and emails are answered promptly and in a professional and courteous manner.
