Your new role As the Technical Lead, you will be pivotal to the team's response when providing technical support for active products, services and projects. You will work closely with all areas of the technology function, which would include Service Desk, Service Managers and also 3rd party providers which supply relevant technology related services. You will :- Act as an escalation point and lead to the 3rd line support function. Lead the team to address technical issues effectively Work with and manage 3rd parties to deliver technical upgrades and product solutions Review and respond to 3rd party proposals acting in the interest of the company Work with the team to keep the digital platform current through continuous improvement activities Provide regular reporting to the Head of Technology What you'll need to succeed The ideal professional to service this position will come from a hands-on technical background but also have strong experience with team and supplier management.
