The Mechanical Workshop Technician role
Researchers at the Crick are undertaking a wide variety of physical, behavioural, and neurological investigations and use bespoke tools and systems that require design, development, and manufacturing to enable their science.
Some placements require regular on-site attendance whereas others you'll be able to work from home 2 to 3 days in the week, but flexibility is expected to get the most out of the programme.
Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working, but this will depend on project requirements and the need for access to specific site facilities.

The team operates a flexible working model allowing you to work at home where it is possible, however the nature of the job we will often require you to be onsite to access specific facilities and resources.
