As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for handling raw materials, assembling parts and operating power tools to ensure the efficient manufacture of their products.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
We are working with a growing business in Peterborough that are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join their team.
The job is varied, and can include operating handling equipment, fork lifts and cranes to move material in and out of the various processes, application of chemicals, process and analyse batches with dedicated equipment to meet quality specifications, ensuring equipment is working correctly.
The Process Operators form production teams, working under a team leader, and are responsible for the daily operation of a particular part of the plant.
Working 3 shift pattern (6-2, 2-10, 10-6 Mon - Fri).
About the Role: In this role, you will provide technical support and process operation for the Process Research and Development team.
Start Time: Between 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM
You will work as part of a team in a laboratory setting, supporting chemists and engineers, and ensuring the smooth and safe execution of laboratory work.
