This role requires the expertise and skill of an experienced Customer Support Assistant who is able to deliver support to on-site and to remote users on both hardware and software applications.

Some of your duties will include
Handling technical support issues remotely and occasionally on-site for hundreds of users across the UK.
You will have extensive knowledge of installation & small works as an engineer and/or supervisor.
You will have a drive and desire to want to learn and grow within an highly technical and customer facing environment.
You will have experience in leading, inspiring, engaging and developing a diverse team of engineers ensuring the key focus is to deliver unrivalled customer experience.
You will have exceptional knowledge of a variety of life safety and/or security systems and will have been involved in the tendering or projects ranging from £10k to £1m You will have experience of reading drawings, understanding specifications and have some element of commercial awareness, as well as a logical and structured approach to estimating.
You will have a proven track record of supporting sales teams with the provision of detailed designs, technical proposals and costings for all manner of projects within the security and/or life safety sectors.
