As a Fire Alarm Technical Administrator you will be taking calls and dealing with emails from customers with technical queries regarding Fire Alarm systems as well as putting together quotes and taking orders.
They are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer who is looking to move into an office-based role.
The hours of work will consist of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, based near Bicester.
Drawing from your system infrastructure knowledge and experience, you'll work with other departments to support and improve all aspects of the system administration function, performing tasks such as routine monitoring and maintenance, backup and replication management, incident response and troubleshooting, technical procedure production, and performance of system upgrades.
As a System Adminitrator for our Aerospace, Defence and Security sector, you'll work within our client's on-site system administration team, where you'll provide technical expertise in support of their mission critical systems.

About the role
This role is responsible for accurate and timely administration of all goods passing through the warehouse, ensuring that EHSQ processes are followed, quality is maintained and both internal and external KPIs are met across the operation.
The Logistics Administrator reports to the Operations Manager and provides administrative support to the Logistics team at DQ 120.
