This is a Technical Field Account Manager role - your role will be to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability through the delivery of regular technical account management, on-site service and account review to serve and support our client's customers.
This is a busy and varied role the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of technical account management to include on-site service, damage prevention and KPI review to identify best practice routine equipment handling to customers through coaching, education and training activities.
