Technical Account Manager (TAM) - Windows, VMware, Cloud

My client is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their team in London. You will provide a point of ownership for the technical aspects of the clients services and create technical roadmaps.
Key requirements for the role:
- Good technical knowledge of the public and private cloud as well as an understanding of VMware technologies and Windows environments.
- Must have good analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to spot opportunities and explain them
- Customer facing with good attention to detail
- Monitor and analyse current capacity and discuss future customer needs
- Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager
- Supported training and Development
