Technical Account Manager
Prospero Integrated are keen to speak with a Technical Account Manager to join a leading provider of audio-visual solutions in London.
Our client specialises in delivering high-quality AV services for a variety of large events and are looking for an experienced and client-focused candidate to join their dynamic team.
Based at our client's head office in London, you will liaise with incoming leads, determine the correct AV solution required and send quotations to new and existing clients.

- Salary: £30,000-40,000

Responsibilities:
- Collating relevant information from clients and provide tailored AV solutions with estimates and official quotations in a timely manner
- Maintain and build relationships with regular clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded, contributing to the company's growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing timely and effective communication.
Skills:
- Outstanding organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
