Personal Trainer / Gym Instructor and Fitness Manager who has professional fitness qualifications (level 2 or 3 as a minimum), with management and teaching experience in the fitness industry is required to join a campus Fitness Centre in Kingston.
Your role will focus on growing sales and profits for your product category, by determining the best product mix, developing and executing our customer acquisition strategy, working with our internal studio to improve our marketing materials, and improving customer retention.
From analysing and assessing future marketing campaign profitability to designing adverts, evaluating inventory risk, and streamlining processes, you'll take responsibility for every step of the process.
You will develop and progress into part of our leadership team, working together with other managers and Directors to improve performance across the wider business.
This role is essential for supporting the Branded Medical Supply Chain and Surgical Supply Chain teams by managing replenishment duties across a designated range of manufacturers.
Responsibilities include handling bespoke customer ordering processes, managing product transfers, and performing other daily tasks as the business evolves.
General
The role requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of service while meeting the business's key performance indicators (KPIs).
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and other team members, the overarching objective of the role is to achieve a consistently high quality presence, while meeting the KPIs for performance relating to lead generation and customer relationship development.
The overall purpose of this role is to lead and manage all global events, which our Client hosts and participates in.
Event Calendar & Planning
Plan and document the annual event calendar, comprising webinars, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, customer user groups, and other innovative online formats, to meet the strategic needs of the business.
