Job Purpose
The Mobile Technical Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of high-quality technical services across multiple client sites within the facilities management sector.
This role ensures that maintenance, repairs, and compliance tasks are carried out effectively and safely, while managing a team of mobile engineers and contractors to meet performance standards and client expectations.
Their primary role is to encourage considerate parking by taking appropriate action against illegally parked vehicles so that the other drivers can go about their daily business with minimum disruption.
They work together with CCTV cameras to issue tickets (Officially known as "penalty charge notices" or "PCNs") to vehicles that do not comply with parking regulations.
