We are recruiting a Fundraising and Engagement Assistant apprentice to provide outstanding data management, supporter care and assist the Challenge Events Fundraising Officer and wider fundraising team to support our income generation.
Efficiently and accurately process and reconcile all incoming donation information, received daily, weekly and monthly from multiple digital sources, onto our database and acknowledge these within agreed timescales.
You'll also work with our data team and internal agency to create and deliver best in class email and direct mail campaigns.Key Responsibilities: Manage multi-channel (Email, Direct Mail, App Content) Loyalty campaigns to deliver Boots and No7 objectives.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will work cross functionally with internal and external teams, including wider marketing, trading teams and brand managers to deliver the best customer communications for No7 Beauty Company.
You'll also develop market leading CRM strategies aligned to brand and Loyalty objectives; delivering personalised beauty-led content, inspiring our customers.
