The Client Liaison Manager is responsible for advocating, planning, and supporting the delivery of complex rehabilitation case management services to achieve a positive outcome with optimum independence for complex and catastrophically injured clients.
Due to our business expanding, HCML is looking for an exceptional manager to help drive our organisation to the next level.
Here at Stonewater, we are seeking a Senior PMO to help the business achieve business excellent by ensuring a robust project and programme management governance framework is in place to support delivery of our Strategic Plan and realise benefits of strategic projects and programmes.
You will support the Assistant Director of Projects and Programmes in providing assurance to our Strategic Delivery Board on the integrity and coherence of Stonewater's portfolio of programmes, projects and change initiatives enabling continual improvement and increasing delivery confidence.
As guardians of the PPM framework, you will ensure that methodologies are consistently applied across Stonewater.
This is a new role in the organisation which will essentially be in charge of the HUB where all of the Providers services are deployed from
To ensure high quality care for mental health patients is provided by Prometheus in Mental Health Trusts, Acute Care Trusts, Private Healthcare Providers, Local Authorities and any other settings.
Candidates must be ready to commence the role as of middle of August to commence training with full integration as of the 1st of September.
