Senior PMO

Here at Stonewater, we are seeking a Senior PMO to help the business achieve business excellent by ensuring a robust project and programme management governance framework is in place to support delivery of our Strategic Plan and realise benefits of strategic projects and programmes.

As guardians of the PPM framework, you will ensure that methodologies are consistently applied across Stonewater. You will support the Assistant Director of Projects and Programmes in providing assurance to our Strategic Delivery Board on the integrity and coherence of Stonewater's portfolio of programmes, projects and change initiatives enabling continual improvement and increasing delivery confidence.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience of working in PMO support functions, developing PPM frameworks, and improving PPM processes.
  • Have strong delivery governance experience, within a small to medium Change & Transformation organisation.
  • Have a good understanding of Project & Programme delivery and lifecycle management.
  • Have knowledge and experience of both Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
  • Have experience of using and maintaining PPM tools and Microsoft collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, corporate intranet systems and PowerBI.
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage and prioritise own workload.
  • Be focussed on successful delivery of outcomes.
  • Have a pro-active and collaborative approach to team working/partnering.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
