In this crucial role, you will leverage your extensive generalist HR experience to provide expert advice and support during a demanding period.
You will be responsible for interviewing and advising clients at risk of homelessness or in housing need so wherever possible homelessness is prevented and the Council can effectively discharge its duty in accordance with the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
You will also carry out full assessment of clients housing and support needs to complete online Common Housing Register applications.
