Hoop PS & HR are proud to partner with a highly regarded, community-led and inclusive organisation who are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team on a 9-month fixed-term contract basis.
Along with a flexible and hybrid working schedule, this role is offering a salary of up to £37,000, generous holiday entitlement, and health benefits.
In this crucial role, you will leverage your extensive generalist HR experience to provide expert advice and support during a demanding period. You will play a key role in ensuring HR best practices are adhered to and provide essential guidance to line managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on all matters related to employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Ensure adherence to HR best practices and employee legislation.
- Assist line managers with casework, including absence management and performance issues.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Offer generalist HR support across various functions as needed.
Required experience, skills and qualifications:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a senior HR advisory role, specifically with a focus on employee relations.
- Solid understanding of employee legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong advisory and casework management skills, with the ability to support and guide line managers effectively.
- Ability to hit the ground running, work independently, and handle a demanding workload efficiently.
