Hoop PS & HR are excited to partner with a unique, market-leading Welsh organisation located in Rhondda Cynon Taff, which has an urgent requirement for a Health and Wellbeing Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract.

As the Health and Wellbeing Manager, you will have full responsibility and autonomy for reviewing, developing, implementing, and managing the health and wellbeing programme. You will drive the strategy and activities to ensure the organisation maintains a high standard of health and wellbeing for its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive health and wellbeing programmes.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Health and Safety departments.
- Drive the importance of health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.
- Develop and enforce wellbeing policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions.
- Mitigate risks associated with health and wellbeing.
- Analyse data and metrics to inform strategy and introduce KPIs.
- Manage a busy workload efficiently while influencing and driving projects.

- Extensive occupational health experience.
