Our client are an International Software company, looking for a tech savvy Sales Support Representative to support their sales team on a 12 month contract basis.
You will be providing troubleshooting support for our team of sales agents using Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and related sales reporting tools.
This role is critical in driving projects that enhance sales agent productivity, delivering both medium-term improvements and immediate marginal gains.
My client is a Tier 1 contractor based in Suffolk, who is currently looking for a Site Agent to represent the company in the delivery of project or part of a large scheme.
Duration 6 months rolling contract
To receive instruction on behalf of the company and to issue instruction and provide direction in order to ensure the successful delivery of project assigned by Senior Management.
Ensure the team has all the tools they need from the system and liaise with IT to assist with technical support to allow sales team to work effectively.

The role is varied with the key purpose of evaluating and delivering the necessary tools, content, process, and training to support the sales team within the organisation.
