Training Coordinator

We have a unique role as a Training Coordinator to join our client on a 12 month contract.

The role is varied with the key purpose of evaluating and delivering the necessary tools, content, process, and training to support the sales team within the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure the team has all the tools they need from the system and liaise with IT to assist with technical support to allow sales team to work effectively.
  • Evaluate and measure team performance through metrics.
  • Drive Customer-centric focus into the business and sales team.
  • Build a trusted relationships with the sales and leadership team and assist with change management.
  • Assist with identifying effective onboarding and training programs for the sales team.
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training.
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team. Identify top talent and assist with recruitment.

Skills and experience:

Knowledge in Sales and Sales Training and ideally also with Sales Enablement.

Proficient in people management and a strategic, data-driven thinker.

Proficient in Word and PowerPoint and competent in Excel.

Analyse and synthesise from different data points.
