We are searching for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an exciting construction project within the Brighton area.
This role involves directing on-site activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets, and upholding construction quality for a fantastic company.
The Role
Direct and supervise construction activities on-site.
To manage and oversee all site works (see definition below) including preparing sites prior to commencement of construction work, to plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.

Connect2Luton are excited to recruit a Site Manager on behalf of Luton Borough Council.
The jobholder will play an important role in ensuring the BTS meets its construction requirements as well as contributing to the achievement of BTS' aims and operational objectives.
The site manager will be managing mainly roofing projects on residential developments, this will be re-roofing existing builds and will all be in the Wakefield area and the focus is to manage contractors.
Our client requires an experienced site manager to join their construction department and site manage social housing projects in Wakefield, they are a not-for-profit organisation, and the hours are 37.5 per week, 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday, there will not be any over time required.
The annual salary for this role would be £41,241 therefore will be half this for the 6-month temporary post with the potential to become permanent.
