Our client is seeking a driven individual with knowledge and experience working in the Construction industry. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and possess a broad skill set to handle a wide range of tasks. This is a Permanent Full-Time position based in our clients head office. Key Responsibilities: Telephone and Email Management: Field incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments. Manage the company email inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary. Personal Assistant to Directors: Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings. Draft letters, handle filing, and perform general administrative tasks. Marketing Support: Create and schedule social media posts on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram. Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns. Sales Support: Communicate with buyers regarding sales extras and queries. Liaise with estate agents and maintain customer relations. Commercial Assistance: Assist in preparing tenders and responding to commercial inquiries. Support the commercial team with various administrative tasks. Technical Support: Draft and send letters to instruct architects and engineers. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely communication. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with social media platforms for business use. Basic knowledge of the building industry is advantageous.
