Marketing Agency Administrator

Role overview

As Agency Administrator at Filigree, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Filigree team in ensuring efficient and smooth delivery of work to our clients. It is a diverse role due to our wide range of clients and varied project work and will suit a highly organised person with proven administrative skills, is computer literate, with good interpersonal skills, is numerate and has a high level of professionalism.

You will work alongside the Director and two specialist account handlers by delivering administrative tasks around stakeholder events, coordinating marketing campaign materials and assisting in the organising and coordination of digital and physical marketing materials.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinating client project work with email and calls to organisations and groups
  • Live client admin - organising meetings, taking notes, project coordination Managing and responding to emails from the team, clients and third-party suppliers
  • Arranging events including venues, travel and any required materials
  • Joining events to support the team with coordination
  • Liaising and managing design, print and production jobs with external contractors
  • Supporting with proofreading and reviewing materials
  • Project admin - updating progress reports and databases

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and confidence with Google Business, Zoom and other digital platforms
  • Understanding and interest in communities and local government (desirable)

Salary: £25,000 (pro-rata)
