As a Tier 1 IT Service Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's IT systems and providing exceptional customer support.
As a Maintenance Hub Agent, you will provide exceptional service to our customers and colleagues, ensuring all maintenance requests are handled according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA).
We are looking for two Maintenance Hub Agents to join our Customer Support Centre in Walsall.
Requirements: Complex care experience , Flexibility, ideally driver but not essential.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Wednesbury area and able to commute.
You will oversee the day to day management of the service, supporting individuals to maintain their own tenancies.
The successful applicant will be joining a collaborative and knowledgeable team, to support the service manager across a number of supported living services and outreach services.
