Agency Overview:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Digbeth, Birmingham. This is an 8-week temporary assignment, ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service and looking for flexible part-time work.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure service targets and standards are consistently met.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work 19 hours per week on a rota basis within the core hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
