The Food Services Manager is responsible for the day to day running of all Front of House operations including the Servery, Fellows Pantry, High Table and external partner events under the direct supervision of the Head of Catering.
They are responsible for providing the highest level of food service for all functions, dinners and occasions held throughout the College whilst managing operational costs within budget expectations.
They have an amazing opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Registered Service Manager for their Central Cambridge site, as well as working collaboratively with the Area Accommodation Manager to oversee the regulated services across Cambridge and Peterborough.
