Our client is seeking a Service Coordinator to perform a variety of tasks to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times, supporting the delivery of business objectives.
You will ensure all KPI's are met for assigned clients.
Where failings are made, escalate to line manager within 24 hours and take responsibility for all assigned client enquiries.
Undertake the work planning function for a group of maintenance operatives utilising a range of IT systems to ensure that all appointed jobs are carried out on time and that there is effective communications with customers.
About the Role: As a Service Co-Ordinator within my client's Service Engineering department, you will be the linchpin in managing service requests and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Your proactive approach and keen commercial awareness will drive the success of our service interventions and follow-ups.
